Step 1: Log in to your Student Account
When you book a session through our landing page "Physics and Maths Tutor" It takes you towards a thank you page as shown in the image below
Check your mailbox and see the email named "Student Account Details"
Click on the login page from the top menu and enter the respective "username" and "password". It is also recommended to reset your default password.
Step 2: My Order Page
Once you're logged in next step is to go to your "My Order" Page from the Menu as shown in the image below
Click on the Order Id to see the Order details:
Once clicked, you will see the summary of your purchased session. Click on Send a Message button and send a message to the tutor with the proposed time and date session of the booked.
Alternative Method to Contact your Tutor: Applicable for both Login and Without Login Case
Once the session is booked, you will receive an email named "Order Confirmation" with the subject line "Thanks for booking the session at myHobbyCourses.com" as shown in the image below. Click on the "Contact Your Tutor" button.
Once you clicked, it takes you towards the profile page of the respective tutor. Click on the "Send a Message" button. And send a message for the proposed day and times for the session booked.
