    How to use a Gift Voucher?

    If you have purchased the gift voucher earlier and you want to purchase the course using this gift voucher then follow the below steps : 

    Step 1 : Login To Your User Account

    To use gift voucher you need to login with your student account credentials like Username and Password. Navigate to Main menu > Click on 'Login' , it will take to login page and by filling your user account credentials and you can hit the "Login" button .

    You can't purchase gift voucher without signing in to our platform as student!

    Step 2 : Use The Gift Voucher Code

    To use the Gift Voucher code click on "My Gift Voucher" in user menu, this will take you towards the gift voucher detail page .Here you can see the purchased Gift Voucher details.

    Step 3 : Buy The Course Using Gift Voucher Code

    To buy the course you chosen, click on the "Cart" button just beside your Profile picture in menu, it will list all the courses you selected to checkout.

    Once you select credit cart as a payment option in "Payment Method" , and then click on "Checkout" button.

    It will redirects you to checkout page. On checkout page, you can paste the Gift Voucher code you just copied from gift voucher detail page and then click on "Add" button to apply. Once Coupon code is applied then click on "Continue" button.

    Now you are at the billing page, you need to fill the Credit Card Credentials through which you want to pay for the course, And then click on "Proceed" button to confirm your payment, after the payment is successful it takes you to "My Orders" page with listing your ordered course details.

    If you wish to select another "Payment Method" then cilck on 'Bank Transfer', Once you mark the Bank Transfer then proceed with "Checkout" button.

    It will redirects you to checkout page. On checkout page, you can paste the Gift Voucher code you just copied from gift voucher detail page and then click on "Add" button to apply. Once Coupon code is applied then click on "Continue" button .

    This wiill redirects you to "Checkout Review" page which shows the "Reference Number" and further banking details. You can pay/transfer easily through the bank with use of "Reference Number".

    Once you successfully pay through the appropriate payment method, you can check your order details at "My Orders" page, Navigate to the User Menu > click on "My Orders" > Click on the 'Order ID' for the order you just purchased, which shows the order details like payment, gift voucher etc.
