Ranging from 3 to 7 sessions, this intervention helps individuals with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other neurodivergent conditions learn about and embrace their strength, as well as learning how to boost the areas that they may find difficult. The outline of the course includes learning about neurodivergence, managing and improving organisational skills, as well as time-management, understanding and improving one's memory and attention, learning about learning styles and ways to handle difficult questions and revision. Additionally, the intervention offers resources that can be used following the completion of the course. The first session is crucial as it is assessing the learner's needs necessary to personalise the content of the course according to their needs.
