I am a certified Yoga Instructor having more than 4 years of experience, I conduct Yoga sessions both offline and online, delivering the true knowledge, skill and technique not only to do the asanas but also focused on holistic health management, I also conducted Yoga sessions in Europe ( Lithuania) in 2019, along with it I am also an Indigenous counsellor and psychotherapist. I believe in interactive and effective learning with an aim to provide best of the service for overall well-being.
