As a Level 4 student teacher, I can adapt the practice to injuries or conditions and will modifiy the practice to your requirements. I'm 300 hours into my 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Qualification, the highest level of yoga teacher training in the UK. I'm fully insured and DBS checked. I can teach outside, online or come to you.
