Online Course description
Journaling Workshops: An afternoon of Writing for Wellbeing and Creativity exercises await! Do you use writing for therapy or for self-exploration? Would you like to explore this way of processing our life experiences? Do you write to collect ideas for later short stories, poetry or a novel? Do you write to process events around you? Would you like to explore these ideas further, or get ideas on how to develop them? Connecting to ourselves authentically can be tricky, and writing can give us a different way into our thought processes
Online Course requirements
Own method of recording ideas and thoughts - preferably using a pen and notebook, but also technology if that helps. The process of writing with a pen in hand, for those that this is available to, is a different process to embrace. A willingness to be open to ideas and exploration of our own processes.
