The world of art can always be a wonderful way to express yourself, and so many of us struggle and we never find the time to be who we want to be, as an artist/body confidence coach, and body artist I am here to help you through art, painting, drawing and self-expression whether that is on paper a canvas or your body. I have set up my own campaign to be body confident to help as many as I can to love who we are and not care what others think, to love every part of ourselves to be confident, to be brave and to be ****.

Online Course description
Welcoming the be body confident/ art therapy course, to express yourself through art and colour and I always believe that everyone can draw self-expression can come out in many ways. We can use many mediums I will give you a drawing task, choose colours that depend on the mood that you are drawn to before the session. And this is not just for paper as a body artist I use my body as a canvas I have expressed myself through many images and celebrated many international days, such as mothers day, international women's day and mental health. I want to show no matter who we are and we all struggle one way or another on body confidence. We feel judged we hate how we look and trust me I have had my own battles with self-harm, eating disorders and mental abuse which knocked my confidence but i have found my own way to become who I really am now. With this course its about finding time for yourself, being creative to love who you are not caring what others think, stepping out and being body confident through the love of art, sessions will show how to paint yourself, practice can be on paper beforehand, i will show you what colours mean for our emotions and how we can express that. I have sheets of information to share with you, colour wheels, what colours mean for how you feel and emotion cards, I also provide art therapy packs to go with my books, the pack is a set course that you can follow and write down your emotions, weekly sessions and goals you would like to achieve, and self session note can be taken to be discussed in the next session.
