Oil Painting Introduction

In this course students will be taught how to create portraiture and anatomy paintings.
The main medium will be Oil paint on Canvas.we will begin the course with sketching, students will be shown common rules and different techniques when creating sketches for a new painting.

Afterwards students will learn how to create underpainting based of their sketches. Using special techniques that they Old Masters have used they will be taught how to use paintings techniques. Guides on color pallets will also be noted.
Their end project will be their own personal painting as well as lasting skills in the form of traditional painting that can be applied to future projects.
