Easy festive glitter lips

First, you want to start off by lining your lips with a red lip liner. I love the shade “cherry” by Mac cosmetics. Then apply bright red liquid lipstick. My favorite red lipstick is Too Faced cosmetic liquid lipstick in the shade “lady *****” it’s that perfect bright red.

(I like to use liquid lipstick because I find the cream tends to smudge.) after your liquid lipstick is applied and dried, you will put on the NYX cosmetics glitter glue primer with a brush all over your lips. Wait a couple of seconds for it to become tacky and then apply your red glitter I like to use Mac cosmetics red glitter but NYX also makes a great affordable redone as well. Keep in mind that you want to use cosmetic grade glitter and not craft glitter because the cosmetic grade glitters are safe for the skin and will not irritate or inflame the area. Craft glitters often contain metal and can cut or irritate the skin. Make sure you’re using your brush to evenly and generously apply and pack the glitter and you’re all set!
