    Cancellation terms for Academic sessions

    MyHobbyCourses allows Students to choose from any of its four standardised cancellation policies (Open, Mild, Rigid, Firm), which we have implemented to safeguard both class providers and consumers. The Firm cancellation policy requires a 30-day advanced notice before classes begin. The Rigid cancellation policy requires a 15- day advanced notice before classes begin. Our site will provide a listing of each provider’s cancellation policy. Consumers may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their program and then clicking “Cancel” on the correct provider/classes.

    Open: Full refund Anytime before class starts.

    • Students who wish to cancel and seek refund payment for any class activity booked through us are required to contact the specific Tutor and make such request known.
    • The tutor has its cancellation and refund policy, therefore consumers are responsible for making themselves aware of such and any change associated with these before booking the class.
    • In the event of default payment by a specific tutor, MyHobbyCourses shall not be held responsible for refunding any amount and/or interest for any cancellation request made by any consumer.
    • MyHobbyCouses shall deduct payment collection and payment gateway charges collected by us from all refunds payments.
    • A programme is officially cancelled once the consumer clicks the cancellation button on our cancellation approval page.
    • No refund will be granted if no cancellation was requested

    Class Starts

    Full refund except for Administration charges of 5% 30 days and if later, 50 % up to Class Start Day

    For a full refund of class fees, cancellation must be done 2 full days (48 hours before) the class begins, administration fees of 5% will be charged

     

    Sunday - Monday
    August 22-23

    If class begins on Monday and cancellation is done in less than 48 hours, a 50% administration fee will be charged.

    Mild: Full refund 24 hours before class starts.

    • Consumers who wish to cancel and seek refund payment for any class activity booked through us are required to contact the specific Class Provider and make such request known.
    • Each Class Provider has its cancellation and refund policy, therefore consumers are responsible for making themselves aware of such and any change associated with these before booking the class.
