This course is here to develop confidence, physical presence and play with expression. I have 13 years of dance experience and over two years previous teaching. I have been fortunate enough to trained with and under many talented dancers and excited to bring forward new perspective into bodily movent. We will look at isolation, breathing, stillness,tension and fluidity amongst many things. Being mindful of our bodies helps to prevent injury and allows us to feel more day to day. I want to foster a space that allows growth in confidence, drawing out emotion whilst also having fun! We can diversify our relation to music and dance and how different genres call for different movement. Dance is great for mental health and physical health, I am open to requests of feelings and stories we can by explore through movement.i am capable of delivering online sessions aswell and will adapt to you.
