Online Course description
My session would simple but very effective. They would require minimum equipment. First I would have to ****** my clients lifestyle and how fit they already are in order to set them goals. Then we would start with a little warm up and stretch to get the body ready. Then ease into the main workout and increase intensity. Then once that’s done an affective cool down would take place and then at the end of the session goals and plans for next session would be discussed.
Online Course requirements
Not 100% needed but 5-20 kg dumbbells and maybe a skipping rope depending on space and if client has one.
