Online Course description
This course will be over five sessions that focus on weight loss through the following six Session: 1. Introduction of concepts and understanding of NLP as process of achieving goals 2. Love - how this concept can be used to begin your journey into changing your body shape 3. Respect - how you see yourself and those around you which encourages change 4. Belief -this where your journey begins and how you see yourself differently 5. Be - this where your journey ends as you would now have a greater understanding of yourself & practice and maintaining your new state of mind
Online Course requirements
The only requirement is that you come with an open mind and accept the NLP concepts otherwise you may find that the course will not fulfill your expectations. This is an online zoom season only and you must commit to all six sessions.
