Yoga Asanas Class

My scriptural research led me to this theory that our consciousness has layers from physical plane to mental plane and beyond towards soul. How we can use this knowledge in order to detach ourselves emotionally and not be affected by it’s temporary character, is what I’m truly looking forward to share through yogic practices such as mental and physical discipline, postures, breathing techniques.
