I offer classes heavily influenced by the 'Hatha' yoga practice. Hatha Yoga utilises every aspect of ones self: Physical, Mental and Emotional. In this instance it does not matter if you've been Yoga for years or are completely new to the practice, I am here to guide, advise and grow with you through each session.
