My Bio
I have retired after 39 years as an NHS nurse, 35 years as a children’s nurse. Throughout my career I was responsible for teaching children, their families, school staff and other health professionals up to Consultant level. I am passionate about the English language, especially spelling and grammar. I love reading. I have also volunteered at a school, teaching 4-5 year old phonics and key words as well as listening to them read. I have 2 adult sons, a husband and an absolutely adorable dog.
