Goals for the lesson: In terms of the lesson, each lesson has 3 to 4 sessions. 1. Warm-up and practice first. 2. Learning a new trick 3. Challenge Session + Skate Game 4. (New tricks and apply all the tricks you learn to complete the final session tasks) The session is designed for people of all ages (kids, teenagers, and adults) who want to learn a new activity and gain confidence via skateboarding. The major goal of the session is to let the learner to enjoy the skating action rather than being afraid to fully / overcover their fear/failure. Skateboarding is fun, and you will feel more confident in your ability to achieve your goals and make this hobby be part of your lifestyle.
