Online Course description
The sessions consist of 3 sections:
1. Yoga-flow warm up
2. 3-4 tabata rounds
3. Yoga-flow stretch and cool-down
HIIT Yoga is a balanced blend of cardio, sculpting and Yoga flows, that will help you to reap the most of the benefits of both; the gentle, endurance and balance based Yoga flows and the superior effects of cardio workouts to help you transform your body and build muscle mass.
The sessions are 45-50 minutes long including warmup, exercise and cooldown (short meditation to close and reset) and all the exercises are slightly aligned to make sure you are using the right muscle groups while keeping your joints safe and healthy, that you can reap the most of the benefits of each style during the class.
